Welcome to Femcare.life. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Femcare.life website, mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Femcare.life. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Femcare.life. If you have any questions, contact us at support@femcare.life.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Not medical advice

Femcare.life is a wellness and information tool. Content and predictions within the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, contraception or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription. On mobile, purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective terms. On the web, subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant billing channel.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) misuse the Service, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with it, (c) upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, (d) impersonate others, or (e) use the Service to harass or harm anyone in the Community.

7. User content

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting to the Community you grant Femcare.life a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by Femcare.life or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Femcare.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Femcare.life is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
